Machines and galvanic lines

Electroplating lines and machines are used when client needs high productivity and repetitiveness of the process. We are carrying lines with barrels, frames , baskets, and other. We offer mechanized lines with manual - steering and with automatic- steering. Automatic lines can be equipped with the system of the production management and the archiving of process parameters.

Neutralizers of industrial waste

In every galvanic process thinned sewage produced in processes of rinsing as well as concentrated sewage are coming into existence (consumed baths, solution from the regeneration of ionization, etc.). Produced by us neu-tralizers are used for cleaning industrial waste. In our offer, we are holding term, flow arrangements of cleaning, arrangements with the recycled material of water (ionization and of turned away osmosis) and what is more arrangements of the recycling with vaporizers

Lines for ktl painting

Electrophoretic painting (KTL) means putting paint on metal retails put in the bathtub filled up with paint, with the help of the electricity flowing through this paint. After putting paint, details are being rinsed and then paint is subject to hardening in the adequate temperature. Products painted in this way have the great resistance to the corrosion. We are mainly carrying bar-bathtub lines out.

Manual galvanizing

Manual galvanizing are processing sockets compound of individual galvanic tanks in which various processes are being conducted e.g.: plaiting with zinc, nickeling, chroming, etc. Trial galvanic tanks, depending on requirements, are equipped with such sub-assemblies as: movable electrodes, lids, filters, rectifiers, separators of oil, dispensing arrangements stoves, radiators, etc. Worked details are being transported from galvanic tank to galvanic tank with the help of the suspended tower or by hand.

Additional devices

* tubular and ventilation installations of plastics (PP, PCV, PE, PVDF,)

Galvanic tanks

All galvanic processes are being conducted in galvanic tanks and containers. We produce galvanic tanks and containers about any dimensions determined by the customer. We are making tanks from followings: of PP, PCV, PE, PVDF, acid-resistant steel and black vulcanized steel.

Automation

Our company on the basis of many years of experience drew up the program of steering galvanizer sub-machine guns. This program enables the work of the line in the following control modes:


► in the mode with the permanent cycle - every carrier (barrels/frames) is going through the same operations. Durations of the operation are equal for all carriers. This mode guarantees the great repetitiveness and the high performance
► under the flexible mode - operations and times are assigned to every carrier of exhibition in the moment of going the line up. The system of steering assures that every carrier is going through the line according to the own program. This mode is applied at processing of different details about the low repetitiveness
► in the mode of independent programming - the technologist is writing himself any amount of programs, which are remembered in the system and in any time can be used for steering the line. The research of using this tool doesn't last more than 30 minutes
► every machine can work under the procedure for the manual and renovation work

The program guarantees the total control of the line (temperatures, electricities, ampere-hours, pH, conductance of the bath, flows itp.) and enables the archiving of process parameters.
We are also automating lines carried out by other suppliers.
